With the new beta, it's possible to open as many pdf documents as I desire. However once the documents are open, I couldn't figure out any method to re-arrange their order.
This is a fairly standard operation in most other tabbed pdf readers and would definitely help my use case with drawboard (i.e. music play list annotation).
Whilst there are a few requests in here, there is one that we would really like some help with.
It is around the merging and splitting of documents. We are doing some work in this area at the moment, and we would like it if any of you who use the Document Builder tool within the app, can help us out by doing some testing with us.
If you are interested please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can organise a call next week to show you what we are up to.
In regards to some of the other requests in here, such as re-ordering the open documents tabs, we have some plans for that in the near future too. So keep an eye out for it.
As always, thanks so much for all your support of Drawboard PDF!

As it stands, when documents are dragged in from a folder, it does not retain the order of the documents and instead puts the documents in random order. So for a presentation with 20+ documents, in order to get them in order you have to drag and drop each PDF individually. This is crazy. It would be great if we were allowed the ability to drag and drop documents in the order we want, and/or if the documents would retain the order they are in when they are added to Drawboard that would be great as well.

Being able to sort your PDFs into folders within the application itself would be really very useful.
As a student, for example, I have to open PDFs in several different courses and it is difficult for me to stay organized because the only way for me to have a clear interface between the different texts I have to read is to proceed course by course, so as not to confuse my different texts.
A One Note sorting interface would be excellent!
I support the issue, this seems like a relatively basic and functionality with no drawbacks to it and I personally need this flexibility.
yep！！！！Re-ordering is something I really need since there are too many books I have to open and close every day, the order of them has a big effect on my efficiency!

I would like to suggest to allow for reordering the documents that were opened. I very often open a number of documents and after a while I would like to restructure the list, in order to get some logic into the order of the documents. Hence, similar to reordering pages I would like to reorder whole documents. Would that be possible?
Thank you! Best regards, your heavy user Frank-Ulrich Fricke
Agree, this is a native feature in the mac os and VERY USEFUL! I would never pay for such a clunky implementation of "pdf manipulation" that the current document builder feature entails. For it to be worth anything, I would expect to be able to copy and paste pages from within a pdf and rearrange PAGES within a pdf. When you figure that out, I'll pay for the pro version. (Best markup features I've seen, so good on you for that at least.)
I'd like to rearrange the order of open files. or even organize them in groups (into different folders)
on the PDF thumbnail list, it would be great to be able to put your finger on a PDF for a second and then that would select the thumbnail and you could move it to a different location. If you do a quick tap on a thumbnail then it would just open it. I will load 16 or more PDF's to collaborate. Order of the thumbnails helps with flow of presentation so that I and not scrolling up and down to find the next PDF that I need. Currently I can load PDF's in a specific order but if I forgot a PDF and need to load it, it goes in at the bottom. If I want all of the PDF's in a certain order then I have to delete everything and load them all up again in a different order. Another way to do this. allow the "+ insert PDF" box to not be fixed at the bottom of the PDF thumbnails, allow it to be selected and moved up to a different location in the list, then when a new PDF is added, it will go in the spot where the "+ insert PDF" box was located.
This wasn't completed in any sense of what the original feature suggested. Reordering tabs is not in any way related to rearranging pages in a PDF.
This feature along with re-ordering pages seems like two must have features for a PDF editing program.....Please add!!!
I agree with this idea
Thank you for your comments.
I have added this to our requested features.

It would be great to have the possibility to create a single pdf file from two separate one.

It would be extremely useful to be able to import or add pages into an existing PDF document. It IS a feature worth thinking about...
Is there a functionality where we can insert a separate pdf file into the pdf file? Also can we extract or delete sheets from pdf?
