    Hello All,

    This issue is actively being investigated again as it keeps coming up. We believed that it had been resolved but there seems to be contiuing problems.

    For those affected, are you able to do the following for me and send it to support@drawboard.com

    1. Can you send a version of the document that has the password and a version that does not
    2. Can you tell me what version of Windows you are running
    3. Can you tell me what version of the app you are running
    4. Can you please give any insight in to what actions you took before the password protect message came up.

    We are working on this as a high priority so your information would be greatly appreciated.

    We apologise for the issues this is causing, and we are hoping to have a resoluition soon.
