LAUNCH: White or Black screen
I'm getting a black or white screen on a fresh install on a desktop non Surface PC after clicking "skip walk through". Display is at 125%, changing that has no effect. Resolution is 3840x2160, which I believe is standard for 4K. Does this app support 4K? Have tried uninstalling several times.
me too. thumbnails all display in any document but the main pages are all black.
a weeks worth of contact with customer support and still no answers, in fact, I think Mitch has given up on me and basically said he can't fix it.

i was able to use it well before. But today when i want to open the pdf, all other funtions works well but just cannot see the pdf. i got black screen where should be pdf.
i have reinstalled it but that doesn't work.

Just started to encounter this issue for me. Is this related to be upgrade app or 1803 cos it seems to be working before?

Drawboard stuck on blank white screen with menu bug, won't open files.
I try to open a file and it doesn't respond to the "open file" button. It seems to think the file is already open, as it gave me a "do you want to keep the existing file or dismiss changes" message one time when I was trying to open the file.

It works on my table and notebook.
But not on my desktop.
I3, internal graphic driver, windows 10 pro 64bit.
please somebody give me a solution.

After the welcome and walkthrough I have a black screen on my Intel NUC.
Works perfect on my laptop.
Hardware related issue?
I've used drawboard pdf many times. Now it only opens to black screen with logo at top and no menu options (I can't open any files or see any files). I have a surface pro 4

Same issue here. It looks like this app doesn't work with non-touch devices. At least they should inform customers.
Forgot to mention that mention that I also uninstalled the app, restarted and reinstalled. Does not work. All other apps work.

Drawboard is not working at all. It was working ok. I closed it. I try to open it after a few minutes, not working anymore. Extremely frustrating, especially as I have a deadline in 2 days. Can you please look into this?
I have the exactly same issue on my NUC.
Every time i start the app, i get the walkthrough screen, after that i get a black app screen.
Complety unable to edit any pdf.
Working on a desktop without touch, but same app on Surface Pro 3 works fine.

I'm trying to open Drawboard and I see the spinning wheel saying "opening..." and nothing happens for a long time. Days ago I was working with a PDF file residing in a network file. I made some changes to the docuement and I didn't save it/close it in Drawboard. I disconnected from the network and after several days, once I'n connected to the netwrok again, I'm trying to open drawboard in order to finish my editing and to save/close the file, but it's not working. I clicked in the red X of that file (in the "Tabs" panel. I received a message telling that there were pending changes. I specified to save the file to another location in my hard drive. The screen now has an additional message saying "Saving..." but similarly, it's been so many minutes that it seems it's not doing anything (see attached screen). Please help!
