Low Resolution after zooming or moving PDF
While working on larger Plans (normally A2, or A1), every time I move the plan or zoom out, the PDF displays a lower quality resolution. It takes several seconds (sometimes than 10s) to redraw the PDF in the requested resolution.
The more "zoomed in" I am, the worse it gets.
While yes, there are many lines, the PDFs are NOT big at all (300kb to 450kb)
-Microsoft Book Surface Pro 2
-Drawboard 184.108.40.206 Full Version
At first I thought it was because I was working with somewhat larger files (3-4MB) But with plans being only 300kB and Acrobat DC Pro being able to load and handle the files extremely fast, I suspect this must be some kind of bug.
I am attaching an exemplary PDF. All one needs to do is zoom in close enough and then move around a bit.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention this.
Is this the only document where this issue is happening?
I couldn’t replicate it on any other document.
If there is another document , could you please send that to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are using the PDF file and Zoom then the resolution is low of the PDF file. you can simply keep in mind graphics of the pdf file is good. For instant support related to the Email Issues please visit http://www.emailscustomercare.com/ or call Email Customer Care Number for the best solution.
Same issue here. I've been using drawboard for about 2 years now, mostly to mark up construction plans. I've noticed when zooming in/out and scrolling it takes a couple seconds to clear up. It's annoying, but since I haven't found another program to my liking I've been dealing with it.But the last week or so I've had a new problem - when I scroll or zoom in/out, it takes almost a minute before I can use my surface pen. During that minute I can try writing/marking with my pen, but nothing happens. After about a minute, instead of whatever I wrote appearing, I just get a few dots. After that I can use the pen fine. This means every time I want to scroll or zoom I need to wait a minute before I can continue working, which is absolutely unacceptable. As with any other issue I've had with drawboard, no answers and responses, I am starting the search for an alternative again...
This is the same situation for us. We work with architectural blueprints and the zoom is slow to "clear up". We cannot use it for presentations and are looking for a good alternative in our work environment.
We really like working with drawboard. If there is a solution to make the zoom not have lag please let us know.
As we need to present and discuss architectural plans in Meetings, this bug makes drawboard useless for that issue. It's a pitty, as the Features would be perfect, otherwise.

hi Drawboard Pro Team,
As the thread-starter, I posted this issue over a year ago. There is still no update or improvement made in this regard. Please share what your timeline in this regard is (if any). It is very sad, I am gradually shifting to alternative apps, as this is a really big issue for us!
Shedding some light into this matter from your end would be greatly appreciated!
This has been happening for me for over a week. I use this app daily. I now have to close and reopen multiple times. Please fix

I have the same problem on almost every document, whatever the size :(
Recently I'm reading math textbooks on Drawboard, so quite a lot I'd zoom in to make some annotation, and when I zoom out, the PDF displays extremely low resolution nine times out of ten (Usually it takes 2-3 seconds to clear up). Not a major flaw, but is still quite disturbing.
Please fix it, thanks!
We need to open constructions plans at our company. I tried this before with a surfece pro with drawboard, but it took a long time before it was done rendering after zooming in/out.
Now I have a Surface studio I7 and still experience the same issues. Therefore I know it has nothing to do with the speed of the computer, but it has to a software problem. Also adobe reader or another pdf annotator works smooth when rendering a construction/architectual plan.
Can you please something about it, because previous comments that the issue should be solved are incorrect.
This is occurring for me as well any solutions?
When trying to open a new document, the page is just blank, although it is showing in the bar on the left.

Thank you for reaching out. No, this happens regularly with architectural plans.
I just sent you a few examples to the address above.

Yesterday I started experiencing an issue where when I open two or more PDFs, when I switch from one to the other, they don't show up until I zoom in or out a little bit. I've restarted, completely closed out of drawboard and restarted, and even tried updating drawboard, and nothing changed. this only happens with certain PDFs, but they're PDFs that worked fine before and work in other programs.
another simultaneous and likely related issue has come up, where the scaling of the PDF will change when I switch to another PDF. I'll set it to scale to page width, go to another PDF, and when I come back the PDF is half the size that it was.
When I open a PDF, it either reverts to a previously opened PDF or open the desired PDF, but with a blank screen - I have to zoom in or out to view anything
Since a couple of days my files do not open any more. I can open Drawboard, but where my document should be it is just all grey. I have closed the app, restarted my computer etc several times but the problem stays. I can "open" several files at the same time but the grey background stays.
I have used Drawboard on my Surface Pro 4 for almost two years, it had been running excellently until its last update about a month ago. After the update, it is very often that my pdfs cannot load successfully, and the interface is all black though I have chosen a file (shown as the pictures, the file is not large, only 3M) . Moreover, sometimes the file can only be loaded after I close and reopen it for more than three times, and it is really disturbing.
Drawboard is one of my favourite and most frequently used apps in Pro4, and I really hope the problem can be solved. Thanks a lot!
