Bookmarks go to wrong page
Clicking on a bookmark takes me to a page that's one page after the location of the bookmark. This only happens when "Continuous mode" is ON. When continuous mode is off, bookmarks direct to the correct location. It's basically the opposite of this previous bug:
This happens with every PDF file I've tried. See attached for an example.
As I stated in my email, we have been able to replicate it on the second document and we will investigate this!
Thank you again for your help and patience.

I have the same issue. Version: 18.104.22.168 Non-pro
2017년에 보고됐는데 2020년이 다 되어가네... 언제적 문제인데 아직도 안고치냐... -_- (22.214.171.124)
Same problem in version 5.11. Please get this fixed!
I really love your product, but this problem is a huge issue! My bookmarks are always one page off! Please solve it!
Still the same problem in Drawboard 126.96.36.199.
WHY IS THIS STILL UNDER REVIEW AFTER ONE YEAR??

v.5.8.30 Same issue, bookmarks go to the previous page. We love the product, but this makes it unusable for our purposes.
Similar issues. 1) Bookmarks go to the page following when it should be created in continuous model. 2) Bookmarks displayed in reverse order when reopening the document. Pls advise how to fix.
Besides, it is hard to edit the created bookmarks, especially when I want to reorder them.

Any news on this? I have the same problem. The work around is to bookmark the previous page, but this is rather silly.

I rely on the bookmarks as a central control mechanism for navigating in Drawboard. Is there an ETA for a bug fix?

Yes, same problem here.
Any update from April 2018?
i have the same problem, but just with A4 papers.
With slides in 4:3 it works well.
Echo this. Been dealing with it for a couple weeks now. Happens in every PDF file.
The bookmark goes to the second page rather than the first page of the bookmark. I've tried changing the page view mode as suggested by previous users on this forum but this still occurs. I am using v5.2.70.
Look forward to hearing from you soon about the possible solution. Thank you
I am using Drawboard 220.127.116.11 on a Surface Pro 4. I have no problems using bookmarks that are already embeded in pdf's, but every bookmark I through Drawboard puts me below the page it is supposed to. Also, the order of the bookmarks gets scrambled every time. If I open the document with Adobe Reader, the bookmarks work, although they are still in the wrong order.
Thank you for your help!
Thanks for looking into this. That's weird—like I said it occurs with every PDF I've tried, so if you couldn't replicate it with that one, I doubt another will help. But I've emailed you another of my PDFs anyway.
I'm using Drawboard version 18.104.22.168. I assume that's the latest one?
I have the same issue. I've also noticed that with the change in organization of the bookmarks, my selected bookmark is no longer selected the next time I open the bookmarks tab. This is more an annoyance than a serious issue: if I want to make a new bookmark under a previous one, I have to select the previous one. If I scroll back to the page of the new one, the previous bookmark is no longer selected.
