Inordinate battery use
Drawboard uses a ridiculous amount of battery, particularly when marking up documents. Today, reading and annotating a single PDF over 1 hr 40 min was enough to chew through 54% of my (brand new) Surface Pro's battery. I distinctly remember that this wasn't the case way back when; I've noticed it for a while now but assumed it was my old Surface battery getting old. Since I'm suffering exactly the same on a new one, this obviously in the case!
I know there are other complaints about this too, which seem to have been brushed off by the devs, but it's disappointing since it's bad enough that I simply can't use Drawboard, which means I'll be on the hunt for an alternative :(

I also can confirm this
I can confirm this. When I'm in a lecture marking up scripts with Drawboard I use around 20% per hour, when I close Drawboard afterwards I can use it for hours before losing 20% battery.

I have the same problem. When not using drawboard I get about 14 hrs of battery time on my surfacebook. When I am using drawboard I get about 5 hours. Its crazy...
I have exactely the same problem with my surface pro 4. During lectures I only use drawboard for annotations and reading pdf files, but run out of batterie after just 3h! This can't be how it is supposed to be by.... I hope there will be a fix soon, otherwise I need to change to another software.
