I am running Drawboard 5.4.0 in Windows 10 on a Surface Book. For some reason, it will no longer print any documents whether or not I flatten them. I have rebooted the computer, restarted the software etc. Other programs are printing fine. When I try to print from Drawboard the document is not making it as far as the print queue.
I have tried many times to get print from drawboard, it isn't working. Still not got optimum solution to. However, if you are have any issue related to your pogo game account you can get in touch to our experts at https://www.errorcodeexpert.com/pogo-game-customer-care/ anytime you need.
This program is so close to being exceptional. I use it for everything, but as a couple people have already mentioned, cannot print on bigger jobs. If I load construction pdf's that are 200 pages and try to print page 113 for example. It acts like it sent the job to the printer, but doesn't. If I eliminate the pages way down, for some reason it will then print. Very random on bigger pdf's. Smaller pdf's having no problems. Also, the page range doesn't work at all. If I input 12-50 it states invalid page range. I cannot figure that out. So I've been using Acrobat with these situations to print and it works fine. Please get this figured out because I love this program.
I also cannot print from Drawboard to an HP MFP from Windows 10 Pro. It looks like a job goes to the printer, but nothing happens. I can print the saved Drawboard files from Acrobat.
I am having a similar problem on my Surface Pro 4, when I try to print the software just shuts down. This is not good as I am using Drawboard as my primary pdf tool and rely on the markups to do my work. Please fix!!
We as well have been having issues with Printing via Draw Board. We have Xerox Workcentre 7855 Copiers with over 500 of our users printing to it.
Our executive is running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 4. We most recently updated the drivers, firmware, updated to Windows build 1803 and setup 2 versions of that printer. Network and IP.
Watermarks randomly print out as black images over the documents. In real time, we asked our user to try printing with Adobe and it worked.
A second issue is, the print job gets sent to the Xerox, you can see the dialog box of the Print que as it was sent and virtually printed, but nothing comes out of the copier. Acrobat again works fine in the same scenario
