Highlight and Underline BUG introduced with version 5.18
All the Highlight and Underline have a wrong BIG formatting.
As you cans see from the image the app was working well untill the recent update to version 5.18.
Please fix ASAP as I cannot study on pdf with this behavior, and thank to microsoft I cannot revert to previous version off your app.
We have just released a fix for this and it is available for manual download in the store.
Please check the Microsoft Store for updates to receive the fix.

You didn't resolve anything. The BUG is still here.
And PLEASE stop saying that is not your fault, but the way the PDF were made the problem.
What I know is that before 5.18 I can work without problem on my "faulty" PDF.
Then you made some changes in your program and now I, and other people have problem with PDFs that where working well untill v.5.18.
You took from 27.10.2019 to 11.11.2019 (15 days) to relase v5.18.2 that don't even solve the problem. I have to wait other 15 days for another update? It will REALLY solve the problem?
You are putting me in a really bad position. I need your app for work and I cannot afford other no working time for this bug.
Please find a way to let me install the version before 5.18. Or relase an emergency update with the fix or the app reverted to a version before 5.18.

A week passed and still I cannot work! No answer, no fix, nothing from these support pages.
At this point I don't feel comfortable to advice your app to other people: in fact it seems really not reliable as just a wrong update can block your work/study for days. No way to roll back (thanks to microsoft store policies) and no support for days from the developer.
At this point I'll start to search a valid alternative for my work needs.
Really? 6 days and none from Drawboard tought to solve the issue or simply to tell us if they found the bug or have an ETA to the next update?!
This is a severe BUG. Your app is useless untill you fix this issue.
I'm very disappointed. I expected an emergency FIX. I expected you to push the old version (with a new version number) to the microsoft store to don't let down your customares that work or study with DrawboardPDF.
It's also disappointing that meanwhile your customares have a totally broken workflow (cause of you) you found the time to push an update to your other product "Bullclip", but not the time to fix Drawboard.
so when I have to draw highlight, I use Xodo.
