Drawboard cannot open PDF Portfolio files like the one attached to this message, while Acrobat Reader handles them easily. PDF Portfolio files are files that contain other files inside them, which could be PDF's or anything else. I am a lawyer and I get a lot of Court files that contain PDF portfolios, so this is important for me. Please resolve this issue asap.

For example, if I create a pen tool with 40% saturation, when I click on the favorite to use it, the saturation will be set at 50%. This issue (or some variation of it) happens with both pens and shapes.

I tried adding new bookmark, click "after the selected bookmark" and nothing happens. There is no way to actually select a bookmark before I click it.

If I choose "edit selected bookmark" and change the page number, nothing happens

This is a giant **** up. If I want to add a bookmark to the middle of a list of existing bookmarks, the new one can only go to the top or the bottom. There is no way to put it in the middle.

With an open document, using the MS Surface Pro4 pen, highlighting text on a PDF form, using the pen to write on the screen, the app hangs. I have to click the X at top right, then restart the app. Usually it has saved up to the most recent 2-3 changes/marks I made on the page. I reopen and repeat the final changes and often it again hangs after a few. Help!

Please let us open documents on a mapped drive.

Related: Please update the opened file list after a few seconds (10s maybe?) so if the app crashes, it doesn't try to open the same file again automatically (requiring a app reset)

The pen sizes are not useful. Pen size 1 is very small and pen size 2 is too big for a lot of use cases. The scale on the pen needs to be changed so I can find the perfect size. I cannot think of a situation where I would use bigger than size 20 and I have never used larger than size 4.

I deleted an entire document with many annotations without saving it accidentally- is there any way to recover this document with all of the annotations I made?

I have lost the favorites icon (the star). I want to move my toolbar for all my pens to the left of the screen which I used to be able to do using the star then the toggle left/right arrows but the star is now gone. Please help!

The Numpad that pops up when trying to switch pages doesn't have an "enter" key.

I cannot switch pages by using the on-screen numpad that pops up.

I need the page up/down buttons to scroll through pdfs during presentations. The buttons are not doing anything on my surface pro.

I marked up a PDF and hit the save icon, but then I could not find where it saved. The original still said that it had not been updated, and shows no differences, and I do not see a new file where I would expect.

I am on a Surface Hub, and accessing the file through Egnyte (Cloud file storage). If I choose save as it does let me select a destination and saves properly.

When I add too many tools to the point where I have to scroll between them , the scroll bar hides all the sizes of the tools because it's too wide as seen in the picture.
(sometimes it goes away but but most of the time it is there)

I have recently bought a Surface Book 2 and installed the Drawboard PDF Pro Version.

The app is nice but it is incredible how this completely new computer is overheating when I use the app! Of course also the battery drain is pretty heavy. The problem gets even MUCH worse if I'm charging the Computer.

I've read online that this Problem is popping up since several years.

The app is nowere near good enough to justify this, especially not for USD 20.00!

When I have the menu open and want it to close again I often click on the slides/paper to get it to go away. If I'm in pen mode, like usual, this then adds a dot to the presentation that's really annoying. Can you make this stop?
