0x803f8001 “Drawboard PDF is not available in your account”.
We are aware of this issue, and apologise for the inconvenience that this is causing you. We are working hard with our partners to resolve this issue, as it is not an issue with the app itself, but with the licensing.
There are some steps you can take to try and resolve this issue yourself:
1) Sign out of the Microsoft Store application and Sign back in
2) Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
3) Try resetting the Cache of the store (You can do this by pressing Windows Key + R then typing “wsreset”)
