However, sometimes after an app is updated, the store may not find it or reports that it has been removed from the store. To fix this issue, you may need to reset the cache for the store on your device by following the below instructions.
- Close the Windows Store app (either using Task Manager or by dragging it from the top to the bottom half of the screen and holding for a few minutes.
- Right click (or tap and hold) on the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen
- Select "Run"
- Type in "wsreset" without the caps lock and then press Enter.
