Sorry to hear you are having problems with this.
Is Drawboard PDF the default program for that PDF, that you are trying to open?
Also when you say you cannot create a new PDF, what is your workflow? Please write to us at email@example.com and we can look to help you out.

I am also having issues opening a specific PDF since the update. I select it, it's like nothing happens. I can open the file in other programs, i.e. Adobe Acrobat, without issue. I have tried numerous different methods, but it simply won't open in Drawboard. I saved a copy with a new name. That file opened once, but now it also will not open in Drawboard. The file is 28 mbs.Anonymous supported this idea ·
